The Phone Shop Midlands started life in 1996 and was one of the first companies to be enrolled in the Orange Business Partner Program in 2001. This was a huge accolade for us, as at the time we were one of only ten partners in the country. 

We thrived as an Orange Business Partner, with our status elevated over the years until 2010. At this point we were chosen to be part of the prestigious Principal Partner Program, a program that only had 6 partners across the UK. 

When EE launched in 2012, we were chosen as a EE Business Partner, positioned to provide our longstanding excellent customer service and knowledge as well as the new 4G platform for customers.

Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength, maintaining consistently high standards and providing the latest business mobile handsets. 

We currently have a team of 10, all widely experienced in providing the very best business mobile phone plans and packages we have available, from standalone sole trader accounts to much larger corporate accounts with 300 connections. The Phone Shop is dedicated to providing flexible, attentive service, meeting all of your needs and exceeding high standards of customer service.
